KEMA Test Report 08-1441 EMC and Mechanical Performance
KEMA Test Report 08-2380 Functional Test
KEMA is an international certification authority of energy and electricity, specializing in high-grade technical consultancy, operation supporting, inspections and measurements, testing and certification.
The SICOM sery of Kyland has passed all the KEMA tests based on IEC61850-8, IEC61850-3 and IEEE1613 authentication standards.
Kyland's products have successfully passed all the KEMA tests carried under an environment which accurately imitats substations:
1) Layer Two/Three industrial Ethernet Switches can work within a wide temperature range from -40 to 85 centigrade degrees.
2) EMC under strong Electromagnetic Interference: Meet IEC61000-4-4/IEC61000-4-5, Grade 4-A/ no packet loss.
3) Highly stable power supply of a wide range: the only one that has reached the IEC61000-4-11 ACX/DCX standard of KEMA, power supply interruption: 100MS.
4) Function tests including VLAN tagging, Priority tagging, DT-Ring and other necessary tests.
This experience again proves that the SICOM series can work within the requirements of IEC61850-8, IEC61850-3 and IEE1613, ensuring a highly stable application of Kyland's products in digital substations.
