1) System Structure

The system consists of three parts: Integrated monitoring center, network transmission and field monitor & front-end system.

The field monitor and front-end system transform front-end video into H.264 video and transmit it together with data collected by infrared warning system, PIS data, and data of control system for baggage carousel to the local end for recording.

Network transmission is for the data transmission from front-end to center control room.

2) Network Requirements

Dual star topology is applied for real-time large data transmission;
Good temperature and EMC features.
Good network performance;

3) Product Application

SICOM6496 Layer-3 industrial Ethernet switches are used in the integrated monitoring center with two units for backup.
SICOM3024/SICOM3000 Industrial Ethernet switches are nodes of slave station to connect the video and environment factors into the network.
