1) System Structure

The system is an important part of the oil house automation. The whole system can be divided into three layers: management control layer including engineer station, operator station, metering station, server station, oil distribution station, front-end computer, etc; Slave control station layer including PLC and intelligent instruments; executive control layer including executive and detection instruments.

The control center and substation are connected by industrial Ethernet.

2) Network Requirements

The communication device complies with requirements of intrinsic safety to form a double optical fiber redundant ring network.

3) Product Application

Intrinsically safe industrial Ethernet switches, SICOM3000BA/KIEN6000BA are used for the communication of monitoring system.
