1) System Structure

It implements networking ship system and transmits the data to shore by maritime satellite, by which the shipping status and on-board equipment operation can be monitored in real-time from shore.

The system consists of three parts: space-earth and space-ship satellite communication system; onboard industrial Ethernet communication system; and field monitoring communication system. Onboard communication is the key part of this system.

Industrial Ethernet ring network of 1+1 with recovery time of less than 100ms;
Excellent switching function ensures the transmission reliability of data;
Good EMC features meet the requirements of shipping electromagnetic environment;
Good temperature features;
High protection class ensures corrosion resistance to salt spray, etc;
Complies with the standard of anti-vibration;

3) Product Application

SICOM8000/SICOM3016/SICOM3024-M9 Industrial Ethernet switches are used in shipping distributed network system.
