The system is to monitor the remote information of traction substations including remote control, remote communication, remote measurement and remote regulation, etc. It consists of three parts: railway electric power monitoring center, communication network and traction substation integrated monitoring system.
Railway electric power monitoring center is to monitor and dispatch all the traction substations along the railway. Communication network provides communication platform to the railway and monitoring center. The industrial Ethernet switch has been the best choice for railway electric power supervision as it is increasingly developed and applied. The integrated monitoring system of traction substation is to monitor the electric power supply process of 3-phase 110Kv (or 220Kv) transformed into two single-phase 27.5Kv, electric power switching-over process between upstream and downstream contact networks, and load process etc.

Ensure the basic data of traction electric power, and employ dual industrial Ethernet ring topology.
The industrial Ethernet switch is able to work in the environment of wide-range fluctuation voltage.
Industrial Ethernet switch must be shock-resistant against multiple harmonic waves.
Industrial Ethernet switch is able to work in the environment of fast pulse cluster with +4Kv of amplitude to ensure its electromagnetic immunity against the interference caused by abrupt change of high current.
